Shoulder Stand

Lay on your back and lift your legs  as straight up to celling (the shoulder stand). Hold on to the back of your waist line with both hands. Count to one hundred. Next extend your legs up over your head (the plow) and hold while counting to one hundred. This can be an excellent way to relieve shoulder tension.

To regulate Thyroid gland, and to increase Metabolism you will be energizing, takes less than 5 minutes. If you do this first thing in the morning you will be energized for the whole day. You will have good sleep before bed time and feel refresh when get up in the morning. It will very helpful on 2pm afternoon slump, energize all afternoon.

Walking on the Back

In Japan we do often at home.

When a man has unconditional back strain just physically wears out. His wife will work on his back. She must be lighter weight than him. Use a chair on the side for balancing and control their presser, deeper or light with their tiptoes with supportive back of chair. Walk on side of spin from hip to base of neck repeat 3 to 4 times, you may hear snapping sound that good sign tight muscles loosening and very relaxing. In less than 10 minutes you feel like a new person again. This is quick fix for hard working men’s back strain. Children’s can practice too.

I have practiced shiatsu massage for more than 50 years.  I have served people from all walks of life, ranging from highly stressed professionals to young athletes and hard-working mothers.

I trained two years in shiatsu and anma (Japanese massage) in a suburb of Tokyo starting in 1968. My husband found me a job position in Detroit, Michigan before I arrive in that city in May of 1970. 

Shiatsu Massage which promotes youthfulness and longevity in life. I have a modern way of teaching today’s Shiatsu so you can use your hands to relieve your family’s headaches, backaches, lack of energy and much more. Our hands are our oldest healing tools.
